About K-Food Label
K-Food Label helps visitors to Korea check what is inside Korean packaged food before they buy it.
Where the data comes from
Ingredients, allergens and facility statements come from the Food QR label data published by Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety on data.go.kr. We download it every week. Ingredient names are our own translation of the Korean ingredient names.
How to read the checks
“Contains” means the item is listed in the ingredients or allergens. “Same facility” means the label says the product is made in a facility that also handles it. “Unclear” means some flavorings do not say whether they come from animals.
We are not a certification body. Halal, vegan or allergy decisions should be confirmed on the package itself.
